Looks like the other guys responding ride 900s. I have a 600HO with 120 studs in a conventional pattern that includes the outer belts. Been running 8" single carbides. Have 7.5" Shapers to put on when these were out. Steers heavy but is a great trail set up.

on an 05 Fusion 900, I've got 144 1.45" Woodys Gold Digger studs all in the middle using a mix of 48 double and 48 single aluminum backers. Switched to the Polaris 6" single carbide for this year on the stock ski.

What are you doing to block the holes from the duel carbides? Did you fill them in or leave them?

I found some plastic plugs at an auto parts store. They have a nice flat rounded head about 9/16" wide and just push in. They are interior parts used to hold on door panels and the shaft of them is barbed plastic. I also found some perfect sized washers to push on from the top to hold them a little better since the holes in the skis were a little larger than they were intended for.

That is a 1968. It was "my" first sled. Actually my grandfather owned one just like it. We still have what's left of it, but after about 15 years of my whole family ripping around on it, it pretty much wore out. Lots of great memories though, we started riding as passengers as soon as we were old enough to walk and got to ride solo probably at about age 4 around the yard. It only went 30 mph (at best), but it did have reverse and a few other cool features.
