I am looking at getting a set of powder pro's for the xfire. How easy are they to install? Is it a simple change out or are there special parts that are needed? any info is greatly appreciated. i know many of you have made this change. Also, is there a big difference when riding trails as 90% of my riding is this type. I am hoping it is only a 1-2 beer job.

One beer job for sure. The only wierd thing is you have to mount the saddles to the ski then the ski to the saddle. Other than that straight forward. Easy. Stock rubber bumper.
