I've Found An '02 ZR 800 ( 1010 D&D ) Locally Near Me That Is Listed In The Local Classified Adds. I've Tried To Look Up This Motor On D&D's Website , Since I Do Have Questions About The Sled And The Motor , But I Didn't See Anything Listed There . Does Anyone Here Have Any Information About This Motor/Sled ?? Also Any More Info Here About The Price Performance Motors That Were Listed Here A Week Or So Ago In A Sno Pro ?? Also How About Big bore 02/03 SnoPro's ?? What I'm Looking For Ideally Is A Big Bore Sled In A ZR/SnoPro Chassis With Killer Handling On The Trails, Something That I'm Not Going To Need To Be Constanly Wrenching On, EFI Would Be VERY !!! Nice !! Something That I Can Fill Up With Pump Gas And Oil In The Morning And Not Need To Worry About Dead On Jetting , And Put 250 - 300 Miles On Comfortably Every Day , With Killer Trail Manners Plus Being Able To Run 125 + Across The Lakes When I Get On It , And Not Need To Worry About Any !!! F7 , F8 , ZR9 , XCR , Or REV That I Might Run Across . What I Want Basicilly Is Something That Is Light , Fast , Fun And Unbeatable , With Good Fuel Mileage And Great Handling !!! Now Where Can I Find My Ideal Dream Sled ????? Thanks !!! - SCOTT- .

To get that out of a twin you will need some steam with a single pipe. My buddy's twin big bore sled runs very very good with twins, but the gas millage drops to about 11mpg. He is working on getting the valves to work while using twin pipes. With a single pipe he was getting 14-15mpg in Canada. With any big bore you're looking at aftermarket pistons that usually need to be looked at after 2000 mi. or so. This is a 1000 twin in an 01' ZR chassis. There are a lot of 1010's for sale because they don't run that well unless you do some major internal work. My buddie's factory cylinder 1000 isn't even a race for F7's, modded Zr 9's or 1010's. It will run right with a PSI 1080. If you're looking for information about a factory cylinder motor with 190+ trailable horsepower with jetting and clutching specs, Call my buddy Ron @810-744-1219 or cell # 810-444-0082. He's a really nice guy and a very straight shooter.
