THis is my first diamond drive sled and I am going to be switching tracks. Is there any special tools I need??? TO do this . I can change the one on my f-cat in about 45min but this is a whole diffrent deal. Could someone post a walk through of how to do this or have a link that shows whats going on.
Thanks in advance

Take out the throughbolt on the MAG side of the driveshaft. Lay it on the MAG side, take off the secondary clutch, unbolt the DD case and pull it off. On the MAG side loosen (or take off) the 5 nuts holding the brake on to the bulkhead. You should be able to tilt the driveshaft enough to get the track out. If not you'll need the brake nut tool and have to take off the big brake nut and slide the driveshaft all the way out.

If your taking the brake nut off you don't need to take the caliper off. The way I did it is is follow all of bluebears instructions excluding the tipping it on its side I prefer a lift and the 5 nuts on the brake caliper. Now take the brake rotor nut off. Take a rubber hammer and pound the shaft through the rotor towards the PTO side of the sled. Once its through the rotor you know have the whole shaft loose and the track will drop right out. You might want to loosen the bleed nut on the brake and spread the caliper out a lil but otherwise no need to mess with the caliper this way. Either way works great though just a matter of preference.
