Who in the valley sells race fuel...110 octane, I was buying fuel in Anchorage at the Shell on Muldoon for my kids race bike....looking to find a supplier in the valley.
What octane is AV gas? is there different types? Can I run this instead of 110 octane race fuel.
Thanks!

Av gas is 100 octane low lead fuel. I wouldnt run it if you have high octane heads on the bike, it will be too dry. Stick with the race fuel.
I dont know of any shops that carry it out in the valley but i am sure there is some. Try calling a recreational vehicle store and im sure they will be able to help you.

what is the station when you drive through Wasilla past Spenards and on the left I am pretty sure at the intersection of the highway and Vine? I know a friend of mine gets drums of race fuel from that station.

Eagle river polaris and arctic cat is probably the best place and probably the cheapest. at least it was the last time I checked but you could only buy in 16 or 55 gal drums.

Here is the scoop....
Shell on Muldoon has 110 leaded Sunoco Race Fuel.
$7.25 per gallon in your container.
$375 for a 55 gallon drum.
The drum will save you $30....just talked to Al at Muldoon Shell...333.7750...he said availability is good as of 13 Dec
