I would like to thank all of the clubs and organiztions out there that conduct classes for snowmobile training . All the kids in the class did great . The Brooklyn Park Sno Patrol put are class on . which is were I started out in 1978 with the some of the same instructors . Even though the trails are gone in Brooklyn Park now . This club still makes it a point to educate are young riders to make them full aware of what to do and what not to do . Or we will continue to loose more and more trails each year . They stress the importance of staying on the trail and explain that there are alot of trails that the land owners allow us to ride on each year . It was good to sit in on the class and to see the kids follow thru and getting their certificate . My son has been waiting for this day for 5 years now he can ride with the old man . Once again a big thank you to all of the clubs who take time out of thier life to help keep are kids safe out there on the trails you make a difference out there . Thanks :div20:

These are pics that I took of the driving test for the Chaska area snowmobile safety training. We ran 49 kids through. They all passed both the written and the driving test. This is the best class that I have seen in the 5 years that I have been helping.

I've been teaching the Youth class for 11 years now and it is great to see the kids pass and be able to ride legally with there parents.. They sure are excited about thats for sure.. We normally have between 30-50 kids each year in our clubs class, the biggest class we had was upwards of 80 kids

Thank you Farmereddie! As a Certified Snowmobile Safety Instructor it is great to hear those comments. :div20:

We taught about 42 kids this year and only two parents sat through the class. The rest basically just drop the kids off at the door and don't even come in to see who is going to be teaching their kids for the weekend. Every year, the parents that sit in the class are amazed at what we teach and how we teach. They all learn something new.

Our club charges what the DNR charges us for materials ($10 I think), donates two days lunches beverages, and snacks, as well as the time of over a dozen club members(6-8 hours on a Saturday and Sunday, plus some prep time on Friday night :burp: ) and very few parents say "Thanks".

Thanks again Farmer!!!!!
