I don't think you would go wrong with either one. SLP makes good stuff. I personally have a sno-tek and have had zero problems and never have blown a belt.

They are both great product. I have both set ups and run the SLP now. I believe the mount on the PTO side is a better design. But you will not go wrong with either product.

After lots of searching I chose the SnoTek link.

Very good feedback and a great fella (Bill) to deal with.

I doubt you could go wrong with SLP or SnoTek,

I agree with sled head. I just installed a Sno-Tek on recommendation from others at arctic chat and it works great! Rode the sled yesterday for the first time with the link installed and the sled felt very solid especially when under power. I also shimmed my exhaust valves this year so they are no longer hitting the pistons. Between the shims and the link, the sled fells better than it did when new! :div20:

SLP is probably a great product also but I am a fan of the Sno-Tek for sure!

Have any of you that are using links, seen any increase in vibration through the frame after install. I'm considering puting one on, but don't want it if it adds vibration .

Thousands of miles on my Sno Tek arm...............zero increase in vibration.

JUST A THOUGHT...............has anyone tried running both?

I have a snotek and havent had any issues ..but the idea of running both seems like you could get the engine to do what ever you wanted ...

Like I said, the sled overall felt much more solid and I would have to say most of this is the engine being held in place so much better. As far as running both, that is an interesting thought! dunno.gif
