does anyone know if the right & left belly pan from a a 98-2000 zr 800 will fit a 2001 zr 800????

a 2000 should fit as I believe the 98 and 99's were a different body style.

well a guy is selling a green set off the years 98-2000

go to brownsleisureworld.com and check the micro fiche. In 98-2000 the there wasn't an 800 ZR only ZRT. But by the looks of it your right side has a big hole where the exhaust is supposed to go as compared to the other years. Best to see if he'll send you some pics of the parts and you can compare.

Tell him it can't be all three years. According to the parts pics online no right side will fit unless you get another 01 ZR 800 because it looks as though the hole is extra large for the exhaust. He probably doesn't know what the hell he's talking about. I've gone to actual dealerships that tell me they have a hood for a 1999 and I look at it and it's actually for a 2000. Don't buy sight unseen
