I was woundering if i have to worry about anything on the 05's and 06's mountain sleds, thinkin gof buying one if there are no major issues , it will be either a 600 or 700
MonsterM7
I have a 06 M7 141" and absolutly love it. Works great in trails since it has 2.25" lugs to bite into the loose snow on top. Days after fresh snow its a dream sled. Go anywhere with ease. Responds to rider very well. I never had any major problems in over 3500kms. At about the 200km mark she wouldnt start one night. Next morning she was fine and never had that problem again. I also broke 2 ski rods. Didnt blow a belt and didnt foul a plug and i did a lot of drag racing and full wot runs. My only complaint is she kinda falls flat at about 75mph and slowly builds speed after. Sometimes there is also a small stumble at around 5500rpms.
NDMtnSledder
They are an amazing mtn sled. The climb right out of the snow and will do powder turns and sidehill easier then any other sled i've ever road. They do top out at about 75mph but thats a mtn sled they definetly aren't designed as a trail sled. If thats what your looking for buy a CF.
