I just got my share from this year's hunt. I typically don't claim a share, but wanted to give it a try.

Here's what I got:

Landjaeggers - What are they, ideas for eats? Need to be cooked?

Venison Farmers Style - Ideas for eats? Need to be cooked?

Summer Sausage - Same Q.

The rest on the share I have figured out, but need help with the above.

The meat came from a butcher in southeast Minnesota.
