Eastview Power Products (in Victor, NY) has permanently closed their doors.

They were bought out by Filer's Powersports (Macedon, NY) ... right down to the inventory and staff. Eastview's staff now works at Filer's.

All the Toro dealership stuff is going back to Toro.

The head mechanic and SkiDoo inventory went to Filer's.

Walked into the dealership back in the late nineties, Had lots of cash in the pocket, looking to buy a new sled, stood around for 45 minutes or so, everybody was so " busy" that they ignored me, so I took my short little a** back out the door, next stop was a cat dealer, and the rest is history. Always took a lot of bashing (whats up with the junk Cat coat, Cats suck, etc) from them whenever I stopped in looking for parts for friends, used sleds for wife and kid, won't say I am tickled that another dealer has left us, but the writing was on the wall.

Yep, that sounds like Eastview ... last I knew they didn't even have a computer, yet.

So for Doo, it looks like Rochester has 2 choices, Clarkson or Filer's in Macedon.
