Hi,
This may be a dumb question, but my manual talks about using the sight glass method to sync the piston valves on the carbs...but doesn't show where they are...does anyone have a pic of where they are?? Thanks!

Its not on the carburetors, its a gauge you can get from ac for synchronizing your carbs .you line the balls up in the sight windows by adjusting the carbs. works off the vacume the carbs make.

My 96 zrt actualy has a little window on the side of the carb body. about half way on the slide body next to the Magnetic reed sensor pickup.
Its a small window that at about haft throttle lines up with a red dot on the side of the slide.
Verry nice to have but you need an inspection mirror to see properly in the sled.
Not all the carbs I have seen have this. actualy most dont from what i have seen.
Take a carb slide out and see if there in a 1/8 dimple about the middle of the slide just above your idle notch. that will tell you if you have this.
If not you will have to do it the old fashond way.
