can someone tell me how tall of risers i can put on my 2003mxz 700. without cable ext. some pics would be nice.thanks for the help :beerchug: i tryed the search but got nothing. dave

2" is probably the biggest you can go. I have 2 on my zx and I would love for maybe an inch or so more... worth the 20 bucks as opposed to 100 or more with the cable extenders :div20:

i put a 4 inch with a straight bar.....i had a 4 inch with original bars and thats about all they would go and that worked to but i like the look of the straight bars better.

i got a pivot adapter, and a 3 inch pivot riser, and didnt have even close to enough throttle or brake line, and i had to extend the other lines. I would say 2 or 3 inch with a non pivot riser.

Second.....so I got this new sled....buddy already had risers on it....I want to angle them upward....except there is this stupid tab in the way....do I have to grind it off...or is it serving some devastatingly meanful purpose that will cause my sled to catch on fire and explode into outer space....

I got a 3inch block on my 2002 700 and i feel like it prolly would have fit a 4inch, i just didn't need it cause im not really that tall. but with the 3 inch it very comfy to stand up.
