If DoD says that the 1000s is to lean in the top end everybody seems to swallow it!!We have just gotten the y.pipes from speedwerx here in Sweden and it doesnt seem like theres high temp on any of the cylinder we have tested on a cf1000 and we will mount temp check on the F1000 to Ill be back with more info soon!! :frech32:

D&D Y makes more top end power than speedwerx... so it will lean the full throttle mixture more too

I put 40 miles on my 1000 X-Fire in my hay field with the Y Pipe before I read about the lean condition. So far it has been safe but it was in the 30's than & now its 20 here now.I orderd a boondocker some time ago & hope it gets here soon. I for safety sake will remove the Y-Pipe for this weekends ride because I will be running it on the Airport 1500 feet WOT & don't need any problems.
With the Y pipe it really pulls harder & likes more weight so it really works.

If you have an efi and the snowmobile is running in one temperature it will go on all temperatures because the efi changes the fuel!!!

I had the y pipe on order with D & D over two weeks ago....Called them today and told them to keep it...The lady said they were just filling November orders....What up with that crap........Is it really worth it NAH...
