Here's the deal...
My roommate, Travis, has a 2000 Mountain Max 700. And he tried to take on a culvert made up of concrete and rebar. Needless to say, the culvert won. He did crack the concrete and bend the rebar though. The entire left front suspension is screwed. Trailing arm looks like a broken wing, the shock is bent, and part of the suspension went through the bottom pan and into the primary clutch, taking chunks out of it.
I guess here is our question. We have a line on an SRX with a blown motor. If we were able to get that SRX and take the pieces we needed, would they fit and work properly??? Thank you all for any insight you can give.

as far as i'm aware (and no2iroc will know better) probably not. i know that the trailing arms are not interchangeable, as when i bent mine i was told that a used srx one would not fit--it has different geometry in the front.

this forum recieves little traffic.

if you want more action, throw it in the "general snowmobile forum" (not the general forum).

i dont think much is interchangeable. the radius rods are different, the trailing arm is different, the shock is most likely different. etc. go to www.totallyamaha.com and im sure someone over there will know for sure what will work and someone is bound to have parts too.
