Will a 2004 440 XR shorty seat fit a gen II? 1999 XC 600?
If not whats a cheap alternative? not a boss to expensive.

I've seen 00 xc500sp's with the xr seat, but I think you will have to swap out the tank to the 00 2-piece to fit that seat if you have the XC with 1-piece seat/tank.

I've seen those seats on wedges and skidoo's. It'll fit with the 2 piece tank setup. Just need the 2 front mounting tabs.
