Anyone (Bill?) hear if the HI did anything for security this winter? I know someone's rig got stolen last winter but when i was up i felt it was pretty secure. I know there are things you can do and we did them so no problems but apparently the lot is not 100%. I know there was mention of better security this winter, anyone know for sure? It won't stop me from coming up but the more secure the better.

They are making a corral for trucks and trailers similar to what The Hotel Universal has in Rivere du Loup. Gate has been installed. Snow will become walls. There will be a procedure similar to what the Hotel Universal has. I will be posting pictures of it and the procedure very shortly. Waiting for snow so they can start making walls. Won't be long now.

Thanks Bill.
Anything that can deter the thieves helps. I believe that place was pretty safe already but anything extra will be a plus.

The Auberge Gouverneur in Shawingan does the same thing, they have a locked gate with snow bank walls and a security camara.

Attached is a link to Zen Waiter's site with some good tips to help protect your stuff.
