Well I love my Crossfire except I think I want to switch out the 136 to a 121. I have seen this done once on here and it inspired me, and I really dont like the New F series. The crossfire just seems a little too long for me. Of course I am only 5'7 and 150 pounds. So the plan is to get 121' rails, a 121x15x1.75 track, shorten the tunnel and go to a lexan hood with no lights. The lighter the better right? Do I have to shorten the coolers too? Any other suggestions?

Keep the 136. Short tracks are good for one thing - top end lake racing.

You should just sell it and get a 2006 Firecat or maybe get an offset rear axle and run 8" or 10" rear wheels. That will shorten it up a bit. I want to do it because I just like the look of 8" wheels.
