Looking for the best single pipe for my 2005 800 X. Just had the cylinders ported this summer and added a Boss Noss kit as well.

I've looked at Bikeman, SLP, Straightline, Dynoport, Aaen and CPI Racing ..... can't make up my mind. Does anyone have experience, horror stories, etc. about any of these pipes?

Basically looking for a "drop-in" pipe, I'd like to not mess around with new jets and needles. Any input would be appreciated.

AAEN or bikeman are the only wants that supposedly make ANY power.

If it were me, I'd leave it w/ the stock one because you'll only get a small gain in power. Put drop in pistons in with the money you save.

We have had good results with the Dynoport exhaust. Still waiting for the Bikeman pipe so we can compare. We do have Dynoport ceramic pipe and can in stock if your interested?
