Snowing like crazy in Halifax. All kinds of accidents, roads are covered, roofs are covered..everything is covered.

Just drove home from work in Hfx as well...hard to believe how many drivers turn stupid during the first snowfall.

I must say-I have never seen a bunch of people(snowmobilers) be so pasionate for anything in my life. We are an elite bunch that loves a sport struggling so bad with government regulations and winters with lack of snow but we never give up on the sport. Hats off to all that make this such an enjoyable sport to be involved with!!!!!! :div20:

Actually, I just came inside, had Dad's Apex out for another rip around the yard. Man, that sled has some unreal torque, I can't wait to open it up !!! Now here in the Gardiner there must be 20 cm's of snow or more on the ground already, and it's still coming down hard !!! :banana:

Its done snowing here now but we got about 10 inches. Its supposed to cool off tonight so it should freeze up a bit. Man, its nice to see it. Everyone at work was bitching but I was like a kid at christmas.

The snow is awesome, but having no sled is killin me, it's not supposed to arrive for another 3 weeks. On a good note, by the time i get it, there should be a good base in the Highlands. Right now its 10:20pm and i say theres a foot of snow here in Sydney and still coming down hard. Can't wait to see some pics from the highlands tomorrow.
