i just bought an 06 CF7

and was wondering if any 1 tried to put a firecat fly screen on one
i have a fly screen on my firecat and put a killer fly screen on it

and wanna do one for my CF

any 1 try it, is it cold, got any pics

I have the firecat fly on my F7 and M fly on my crossfire. It's cold yes....like NO windshield. IMO the M fly looks better on the crossfire than the firecat fly....both fit. M also gives the legs a bit of protection. No pics sorry.

Here is a Firecat flyscreen with a 2" riser. You need to ziptie the air box into the hood because AC uses the lower rear windshield mounts to also hold the airbox into the hood.

The are both very cold....you will not keep your hands warm if it's below 0. The M fly will keep you SLIGHTLY warmer as it's much wider.

do u guys run handle bar riseres too

i think i wanna go up another 2 inches

Firecat Flyscreen on my 06 Crossfire. It fits just fine buy you will have to do as ZR500LE states below for the airbox mount/thru the hood. Have not ridden it yet but I can only assume that it will be a chiily ride.... I'm also running a 2" PowerMadd handlebar riser.

I'm 6' tall and can stand straighter on my stock XF bars than my F7 with the 6.5" riser. I think I'm leaving it stock. Handguards are required with the fly. I'm going to take a picture...

I have the orange chrome Fly Screen. Orange on orange looks great.

It's not that cold with hand guards.
