Hello i have an 04 xc sp 600 and puchased a AAEN performance single pipe. I have an MBRP can on withh it 64 gram belly busters , 44 stright helix and almond white primary . Any sugestions or did anyone ever try this pipe before , any feed back will be appriciated..

Well for starters the primary weights are too heavy.
The 44 helix doesn't sound right either? Are you sure that's what it is?

As for the pipe, it likely won't run any better than the stocker and I would think a solid setup for a well tuned stock XC6 would work well.

Lot's of XC6 posts on here for that, search it out.

Pockets on this board will certainly have a good setup reccomendation.

As for the actual pipe, I haven't tuned or owned one.
Actionfigurejoe on this sight used to run one and likely has good info.

Confirm what you have for clutching for certain so you know where to start.

when i had mine,it wouldnt pull 62g's
........and pulled much harder with the stock pipe.
Too Slow
Put the entire exhaust system back on and clutch it from there....except for losing weight the aaen pipe makes less power...more noise and difficult to tune. A buddy very experienced on these sleds has seen it all....says some guys don't know when they are well enough off. :banghead:

I got 2004xcsp and it pulls8000rpm just fine with 64s. The 600xc runs with 800s .she goes good with the 64s :div20:
