I have a 91 rxl efi 650, it is giving the led trouble code on the ecu computer. It is giving a 12. does anyone know what the problem is or where I could find out.

Your trouble code reads crankcase temperature senser. According to my 1993 owner"s manual.
Hope this helps. I own a 92 RXL so far I have no codes on the E.C.M but i only had it since last november.
Done much work on it since then. Your problem might be a dirty conection or a loose one. :beer:

I pulled the engine out because the stock crankshaft finally locked up, Ive heard all bad about the rxls but this is the only big problem its had and it has a good 8,000 miles on it. I must have switched the two black wires when it went back togather, I'll flip them and i bet it will work.

P.S.>The best mod for an rxl is a hot seat clutch, arm-rippin take off!!!!!!
