'03 Pro-X 800 ,SLP single,air box & flow-rites. Jetted as per SLP's specs with the exception of 430mj @2000'
Sled is very "cold blooded" in that choke has to be played with for what I feel is an extended period of time. Has any one tried larger pilots and or air screw settings? Thx for your input... :beerchug:

I richened the fuel screws 1/4 turn, same sled, and set-up. Needle #3 1/2.

Pockets; same set-up. 450 and #3 similar to 430 #3.5? Thanks....

I had put it in # 3.5 because he rides at part throttle for long periods on the trail, continuous 40-60 mph. 440 mains is as rich as you need.
