Can anyone tell me how to adjust the Drive Chain ? I changed the bearings in the drive shaft and I'm thinking the chain may be to loose. I hear and feel vibration over 60mph. Thanks.

Your owner's manual should cover this, but it is really pretty simple. Just loosen the locknut on outside of chaincase and then FINGER tighten the adjusting bolt. Then re-tighten locknut and you're set. If the adjuster bolt bottoms out, it is time for a new chain. Does the vibration get worse as you go faster or does it go away? Is the chaincase the source of vibration? A bad idler wheel bearing can vibrate all the way through the suspension and make it appear that is in the chaincase. A bent driveshaft will vibrate like this too.

Thanks for the info. I'm familiar with the adjustment you described. That's what has been on all my previous sleds. This 01 600ZL EFI Electric start and reverse bugger has an automatic adjust. There is a coil spring inside with a spring loaded plunger. Not sure how to adjust. Manual says take it to dealer.
