I was just looking on the Ray Davis website, I see the Polaris (Arctic Cat?) dealership for sale.
Damn, I hope we get some deep snow this year lasting until May to help some of these guys out!

Someone asked what a good business would be to start in Pittsburg a couple weeks ago...I am not sure anything could support itself, at least on a year round basis. I have been itching to move up there for a couple years...I drive a truck for a living so a job is not a factor for me...just waiting for real estate to come back down. On the other hand, after 8 years, I am sick of driving...are there any local jobs at all that someone could live on, pay a mortgage and so fourth?

I would love to open a store or service of some sort, but I just don't think anything could survive on its own...I would also want to step on anyones toes and do something that is already there.

Any input would be appreciated!

Anyone in their right mind would want to live in the peace and serenity that Pittsburg has to offer, however it is far and away from the money that it takes to live in a state like N.H., where high taxes and high population have taken over the southern part of the state, only to leave people who live in the North taken advantage of by the people who govern our state and believe they should pay higher taxes because they live in a" tourist zone". We, as snowmobiliers count on these people, and friends in the North to be there and take care of us in the Winter, and it's time for the State of N.H. to recognize the instability of the Northern region of our state! I understand that most people already believe we spend too much for registration, but I would give more if the money could help to keep these people in business. I would like to thank all the people of the North for giving all they do to keep our sport thriving! :div20:

Yes, Granite State. All those commercial listings have been on Ray Davis's site since July, maybe longer.

Nothing to worry about, their open except maybe the gift shop.
