I bought a used Speedwerx 1000 kit, pipe, and Y-pipe. I will be running this on a 2005 King Cat EFI. I talked to Speedwerx and they had no info on settings to start with on my BoonDocker. I was hoping someone out there has this same set up and would be willing to give me some numbers for the BoonDocker. As a bonus I got the Ski-Doo style valves with the kit although Speedwerx told me to just pin the valves open as they tend to be more of an obstruction than anything else with this kit(his words).
I also had Hooper true and weld the crank and port the case. Other mods would be, SLP intake, Rad valves, and an Avenger II.
I'm still waiting for the bottom end to get back, so this motor isn't running yet but I'm running out of time to test and need a good starting point.
Thanks,
Paul

I can't believe jeremy wouldn't have some base setting for a boondocker box. I would put more thought into this if your big bore company wont help you out on settings. Not knocking speedwerx I have talked to jeremy a couple times on the phone and has been good advice. remember leaner is not always meaner when you are buying pistons and cleaning the bottom end from debris.

Thanks......I'm a flatlander. I run it in the U.P. I see D&D has some settings on thier site for the 1010. That may be a good point to start at?
