Did not work for me. Maybe my computer's blocking it ? No warning messages. Hmmm. I'll try it again.

There page says an error "Incorrect linking code." Guess it's not my computer but it could be me. Any special instructions / codes / something ?

when you click the link, the page that comes up has all sorts of ad's on it,

Just click on the small box that says "Download File" be careful to not click on any pop-ups that may appear, or any other things that say you won something, they might contain trojan's or adware.

I downloaded the file and ran a norton scan, and mcafee scan and they were both clean.

This file will only be available for 30 days. I scammed the link from Snowest.

we got the same engine & drivetrain, just diff. susp.

I'd be very careful posted where and when you got this. If Polaris finds it, they are likely to come after you, for copyright enfringment.
I am sure Snowest will not be happy with you as well

If it came off the Snowest site, Polaris probably will not be very please with them, either.

the 06 900 RMK, has a different injection system, diffferent chaincase than the 05 900 RMK. There are a lot more mistakes in the '05 900 RMK service manual, than in the '06 900 RMK.

If Polaris has a problem with it they can go push a chain!!!! With all the problems the Fusion has had that they (Polaris Industries) turned their heads on, the least they can do is let out the service manual. If it was not for the people on this forum helping each other out with all the issues that we have, it would be a total bust. Take a look at the poster that came out in 2005 for the Fusion and I quote "Scrutinize Everything, Overlook Nothing, Thats the only way to get to perfect" dunno.gif Hey Polaris WTF were ya thinking!!! You did not even come close, I have owned Polaris snowmobiles for 30 years and after I recover from the bath I took on this failed beta test I did for Polaris Industries I will be joining the rest who have abandoned ship.

Thanks again Getttin2Old :div20: for helping out your fellow sledders,
Laraby
Most of the infomation in this manual can be applied to the Fusion 900 as well right? how much would be different besides clutch, gears, etc?

So are you saying I should not put up a copy of the digital wrench diagnostics program? I got that too!!!

I have been reading that RMK manual and learning some interesting stuff.
Laraby
i wouldn't mind the digital wrench and schematics on how to maybe build the cable, =)

Hey knock yourself out. For you to buy and Sell or post Copyrighted material and even say that you hacked in on it, is up to you. Remember these post are read by all sorts of people and not just Polaris. There is a Company in Kalamazoo Michigan that holds the rights to Digital Wrench and I can tell you they are very unhappy with anyone who Copies the Digital Wrench Program, let alone the cables that are Branded. Hate to tell you that Bombardier does the same thing with its BUDS program. You get caught selling it or copying it and they do and will come after you. Just FYI for you. Not trying to tell you what to do! dunno.gif
