ditches are okay north of winnipeg but still nothing more than a powdery base. not worth a long haul yet.

in the pas we got 20cm in this last storm but now i am guessing we have around a foot and a half or maybe just a bit more

We got a good 8 inchs in west st paul we were out booting around today.
