1987 POLARIS INDY 600..DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO CORRECT LOW END BOG FROM STAND-STILL.

how are they tuned?
are the slides adjusted (timed) together?
sounds like you pilot's aren't set up right or the jet may be pluged.
the pilot air screw adjustment setting on your 87 600 shold be one turn out.
the pilot jets control the mixture at an idle to 1/4 open throttel, if there out of adjustment then this could cause a bog.
now were is the idle at?
idle should be aroud 1900 rpm for your sled.
if it's not and its rather low this could cause a bog as well at take off.
and if the carb's have not been cleaned in a while then the bowl's can be gumed up and or varneshed.

Clutches can cause a bog also..... but I would start with the carbs.... Make sure you check the airbleeds that are in the neck of the carb. these mix aire with fuel before it enters the main air passage , if they have crap in them it will cause a rich condition.
