Does anybody know if a stock can will fit on a hot seat pipe

yes it will. thats what the pipe was designed for use for.

Yes it will work just fine. Exhaust is a little louder with the Hot Seat pipe than stock, but not near enough to get you into trouble. Gives it a little throatier tone.
