Finally we have received around 12- 14" in the Springside ( Yorkton ) area. Very lite and fluffy, but if it has a chance to set up, its a great start. Hope the wind doesn't pick up.

we are still getting blasted down here..what a relief compared to last year.We have to be close to a foot by now, with another 2" forcasted overnight ,but the winds are howling now.

Does that mean saltcoats got dumped on as well???? I haven't talked to the folks in a while...sure hope theres lots of the white stuff for when i go home at christmas!!! :banana:

I'm sure they got a good dump as well. Saltcoats is only 30 Miles South East, so you should be good to go ! :banana:

yeah but did u go out. i have to admit im excited that theres snow but its just bumpy now all over. good base now though. ditches are ok. we need groomer out now

Yes I did go out, It is awesome. The wind has blown stuff around a bit, but it is great. We got another 3" last nite. I didn't really want to go too far around, because it is Hunting Season. We have lots of bush and a few valley areas with alot of great hunting. Don't want to screw up anyone's season.

We got some more last night in P.A. It sure has been a long time since we had this much snow in November. The winter I got my sled there was ridable snow in November, even though I didn't get the sled until February, but the last day I rode was April 15. That was about ten years ago.

In Saskatoon, The club has already groomed from Saskatoon to Rosthern. Apparantlly the trail is good except for som dirfting today.

They will do the Duck Lake loop tommorrow!!
