i got a question, we have been workin on the oly it starts up and runs, but its flooding out at top end and idle, low throttle, wotn idle. i put a new needle and seat in it. diaphrams looked ok. return hole isnt plugged, i cleaned the whole carb good, new plug, new plug wire. i cant figure it out any one here got some ideas?

Have you tried adjusting the high and low speed jets?

I'd put NEW Diaphram kit in it. ($13.50 at Canadian Tire).

Sounds a bit like the NEEDLE is sticking or the lever is not adjusted correctly..

What are your jets set to?
