Question,

I have a 2004 Pro X2 600 and I am looking to replace the drive and jack shaft bearings.

I looked up the part numbers and the Polaris parts manual shows that the Drive shaft and jack shaft (on the clutch side) are different part numbers (Drive shaft: 3514525 / Jack shaft: 3514519).

However, an after market company (Royal Distributing) list them that the bearings are the same (RA100-2RS).

Are they truely the same bearing?

The bearings are different. The jack shaft uses a excentric lock collar and the drive axle uses a press fit bearing no lock collar. If you are going after market, I recommend that you pull the bearings and bring them with you so they can provide the right ones.
