The weather report for caribou says snow showers today, as well as this weekend and next week. Is it snowing hard there or is it just flurries?

A little bit- had some heavy frosts the last few mornings- I'd say we'd be off to a start now, if it werent gonna warm up a bit here mid to late week- but then long range around Dec 2nd has it just plan COLD!

Pretty sad, when I called LL Bean to order some new hunting boots today, it was sunny and 40 here and snowing in Bangor. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
Gotta be about the mildest fall for quite a while!

I was there at New Years and they had the snow a few days prior so it was at the end of December.

It was Xmas day. They got 24" in Presque Isle and 40+ in Madawaska.

Yea, the "big" (pretty much only storm) was from December 24-27 last year.
It isn't typical to have much snow before December, even in the county. Winter doesn't start until December generally. I'd rather have the warm now than in January.

And then we got like 6 inches of rain at 45-50 degrees and had a whole lot of muck here!
:beerchug: to a better winter this year!
