You probably have the almond/red spring. Does it have a red stripe down the spring? The rpm's seem normal what you want to look at is you rpm's when you give it full throttle. You want to be running right around 7800-7900.

The almond-red is ok, but you should have heavy weights with it, as the 800 is clutched light. Get some 70g daltons, with the secondary kept stock black/red spring, 62-46 .46 helix. With the stiffer secondary spring, it will run quite high rpm at lower speeds of 40-60 mph. There is nothing wrong with it. Jet the mains down to 430 with the airbox left stock. You could also drop the needle to #3 clip, but will have to set the fuel screws to 2 turns for sure, and the air screw to 1 turn. If you are not sure, have either the dealer do it for you, or someone who knows what they're doing.

Thanks guys ill check it out closer , Thats why one thing i hate when ibuy used Dont know what they did. This is the biggest & newest one ive owned Thaught 6000 Rpm constantly was high. Is there a way to tell if the weights have been changed? I can fix anything to do with moters but clutches im Blank! Ill mess with it soon snow is all gone already :banghead:

Thats how a CVT clutch is supposed to work. These motors dont make any power at 4000rpm and down. By keeping it at 6000-6500, it keeps the motor in the power band and gives it good throttle response when coming out of a corner. You can clutch it to keep the rpm down at cruise, but backshifting will suffer and the sled will feel doggy.

With everything at stock but the almond red primary spring you say you have , you could try a red blue secondary spring that would help. And it should pull way harder . I dont like that stock secondary spring ( to tight with) stock wts!
