my sled sat on the lift all summer and now with it on the ground it has about six inches of nothing. i had the shocks rebuilt last year and put about 700 miles on. when i push down on it goes down quit a bit before it gets stiff and bounces right back up. for some reason i remember this being normal after it sat awhile. i hope the shocks arent dinked again. i know that there is supposed to be set in but this seems exstreme :banghead:

i have noticed that with mine also...they seem to go through phases for some reason.

It's common for the Pro-X suspension to have some sit in. Mine has 2700 miles and it sags about 2-3". It seems really soft when it's just sitting there in the garage on flat concrete, but it seems once you get out and ride the sled and put the suspension through it's travel that it stiffens up and doesn't sag as much. Mine rides good still.

All the pro x's have 2 inches of sag(from free standing) and ride in is 6 inches(rider weight).Check ur springs,if u have them on the highest tension u might want to purchase new ones and maby get 1 size bigger(wire diameter). The 1 thing u can do to get rid of the free fall sag is lower ur front ski shocks about 1 inch, that will get rid of the free fall sag in ,but also give u less ski pressure.Try this,it won't effect ur sled that much.

also if by chance you have the front end elevated on dollies it will cause free sag to be more. The shocks don't hold it up so it there is a problem it is the springs.
