Just wanna say that I believe Collett is a great company.
I've been using thier products (snofones) for a few years and IMO they are a great product.
I do understand that they do not work as well for everyone based on various comments i've read in other threads but they have always served myself and our group well. IMO many people don't spend the time with the initial fiddling/setup to get the best performacne but thats just my opinion.
More Importantly
They stand by thier product. If it breaks they fix no questions asked and they bend over backwards to make you happy. After purchase what more can you really ask for?

i'll agree with that! some people figure you just throw them on and thats all you get. but it takes figgetting and playing around to get them working just right for your setup. plus its something you have to get used to. and yes they back their products 100% hands down no questions! i bought a set used from ebay and they repaired them N/C even when i said i wasnt the original purchaser.

so yes a big thumbs up for them
