We Went
We rode
Some areas had up to 3 ft of snow 2 weeks ago
What was left of the 3 ft must be gone by now
it was 55 and raining when we left the La Chappele/Lac Jalbort area last night
65 up there right now
They are at least 3 weeks behind normal years at this point

As my wife put it we got an A for effort but we are Pathetic

But we were the 1st sledders of the year to stay at the Arnold last Night in St. George

I didnt see ER posted already but a couple of other thoughts

As usuall every trip with ER is an adventure.

How often do you Ice the cooler for a sled trip that stays in the back of the truck?
Combined we forgot many things as we left so quick Including my maps and ER's toilietry bag.
Drove 250 miles of dirt roads
20 hours in the truck, could have been home last night by midnight but we had to be gone for atleast 48 hours.
Don't forget to buy a lunch to take in the truck when you are going to go ride 250 miles of dirt.
We got laughed at by the border patrol going and coming.
Can't count how many times we heard, you got ski-doos in there?
What one object have you seen the most of in your life?
Doobraap
Thats is much easier to read than "There was so much snow the truck kept getting stuck"

Good luck next time guys

We went as we knew as the best chance to ride this weekend was Thursday before it rained and warmed even more on Friday. We knew we might be wasting our time but we got to ride in November and also find some new area 51's
