Silver Lake Hardware just dropped 2 bridges worth of P-T @ my house, to be used for the new trail up Welch Top...Actually, one bridge was ferried out to the bridge site by the all wheel drive forklift! Saves us a buncha work right there!
Thanks to Papa Bowles for the near instant aquisition of the materials via shifted GIA fundage. We expect to have all our sign posts in the very near future as well. Papa is on the job about getting our des reports in so we can be legal beagles with the bridges too. If Verizon comes through about exposed telephone wires, we might just get the big bridge in before snow..
English's Campground gave another years permission, so DYNOMITE variety is again on a club trail..all the sleds on Berry bay, leavitt bay, broad bay, and all the houses in between should love this news...
Anyone who wants to get out in the woods is invited to drop a note in this thread, and we'll get ya set up to do some signage or something useful!
Thanks!
Richard.

Sorry to report that nothing was done...I was alone, so I turned my attention to my house, and the approaching winter..I will get it in (small bridge) this week..
Next weekend, we could shoot for a Sunday workfest...trail signing, snow fence, and more light duty trail brushing..If Papa has the OK for the big bridge, we should try to do that before the signs and brush...
I am going to be helping SLSC in the pine river state forest this sat...promised a week ago...
