How many miles are you getting from your oil reserve? I got an 06-f7 and it seems hard on oil. However i have only 7 hrs on it at this point. My second questions is how many miles should i expect out of the reserve. When the light goes on how many miles do i have left????

It gets better i was averaging about 150 miles before the light starts to flicker.you got got about a quart left but they say not to let it get any lower because you could get a air bubble. motor is still pretty tight should let loose after about 500 miles mine did. bit easer on oil an gas know.

My experience with the firecats.. is that its a small oil tankto reduce weight and the level switch is set high... they use the same amount of oil as any other sled we ride with... you can go awhile with the light on.. buts probably not a good idea... its a good idea to carry a litre with you incase
