i recently rebuilt my 2000 polaris xc sp 500 i had no problems rebuilding everything motor, track, front suspension . . . but when i took apart my rear suspension to clean i can seem to be able to get it exactly back together. i printed all the diagrams from ingles but they still seem hard to figure out. plus they are extremely hard to read. . . is there any other diagrams anyone could show me or maybe some good pictures of just the skid. . .? :banghead:

search ebay for 'xtra 10' and look at the pictures. That should get you on the right track.

What are you having a problem with?

well i looked at my brothers sled because he has the same chassis as me and i figureed out where most of everything goes but it is loose. the shafts need spacers because the a-arms that hold the rear shocks wobble back and forth a little bit between the rails but the diagrams shows where the rods are supposed to be but thats not where they were when i took them apart. i think someone had this disassembled at some point. . .? does anyone know of any other diagrams ?

Choose a similar sled with the same suspension..

those are the same diagrams that i used from ingles they suck it shows how certain sections go together but not how all the sections fit together.
