How do you guys set the air and fuelscrews for best mileage? I got 420 mains and boysen reeds. Track as loose as possible.

I have a buddy set my sleds up..i have boyesen reeds also with 430 jets...all else is stock except for going to a 40 tooth bottom gear. I get around 14-15 mpg on groomed trails. Biggest improvement i've noticed with these sleds is having a 1.25'' track...this is the second 600 xc i have with one on...fuel economy is always better.

I run 420's,boyesen petals/stock cages, 59.5gram weights,EPI red,40t bottom and stock secondary set up on mine and it hauls ass. I think for a pretty well stock 600 it does the job well. I run the stock track with 144 1.25's,round aluminum plates and the large aluminum nuts. Really fun sled.
