Is there a good way to raise the rear suspension of a 87 Formula MX?

As it sits, there is about 6-8 inches of travel and I was curious if there
is a kit or a way to increase the height and travel of the rear suspension.

Apart from replacing the hole rear skid with something newer the simple answer would be no.
