Guys, I relize that's its wrong to drive with a couple in you but alot of use do. I was up at the camp with a buddy and got pulled over coming back from the swamp to west stewardstown. Coming down the hill into the 30 mph he got me doing 53 he states. Smelled the beer and field test. Lets say I wasn't let back to my truck. PCed me and passanger. Locked truck on side of road (home it would have been towed) and off to the coss county jail for the night (matresse at camp is softer). Sense I have a MASS license and he stated it would effect NH if I didn't blow so I refused. Does anyone have experience with dealing this out with a out of state license. Looks I'll lose my concealed handgun for both states also.
Yes we go up to have fun but 1 to many is the same as one to many on the way home.

if you lose your drivers license( and you will) you cannot operate a snowmobile or any other ohrv in the state of nh, that i do know . if you chance it and get caught youll lose your drivers license even longer. if you lose your drivers license in mass, you loose it everywhere.....................no driving at all at any times unless the court rules otherwise. good luck and learn from your mistakes

You Must Spend the money on a good attorney. It may put a huge dent in your pocket but consider it a lesson. I did not spend the money for a good attorney for a road rage incedent in MA. SPent 4 days in prison in Billerica and 2 years probabtion with a record now as a Misdameanor. Law for assualt and battery is now is felony (thanks to the Hockey Dad incedent) in MA. Spend the money!!

Two suggestions:
1. Under no circumstances take any legal advice from your buddies on the internet!
2. Get a decent attorney.
Good luck, and I'll echo those other sentiments expressed that its a relief to see an individual own up to his mistake rather than try to blame his problem on someone else. You are already halfway to solving your issues! :div20:

My advice: Get an lawyer! He will give you the rest of the good advice.
Good luck though. Hope it all works itself out.

been in your shoes. your fate is pretty much predetermined, unless you get the best lawyer you money can afford. then it becomes political. it really sucks but it is the cold truth.

Dam, and I thought driving a dually quad cab diesel truck would make me a local. Time was around 10:30PM. I'm headed up this Friday to see how far away the speed limit sign is from the bridge.
Not sure what the locals still think of me. I do know Richard @ The Nothland likes when my tab pays for the lights.Burning my old front door on the front lawn was frowned upon by some. Laughed by others though.
