it was posted like a year ago i think.. does anyone have any pictures of this mod and maybe know whats need except of course the seat and possibly the tank? im talking about the 04-> seat on xfire of course..

I say it last year also , the seat was on a black Sno Pro, the post if I remember said he used the stock tank.

here are a couple pics dont mind the handle bar set up i am in the process of converting to the 07 bar setup as far as the seat goes i had to shave the foam on the inside to fit the stock tank and the bracket on the back is stock but i made some different angled brackets for the bottom of them

i ordered a boss high rise last week should be in any time soon will pic when it's on.

i know this topic is old lol! but..i might be buying a crossfire this summer and if i did i would want a taller seat. Is that 440 seat a lot taller than the stock seat? Is it easy to make the brackets? Anyone know what a used 440 seat would cost? I want something more rider forward like a rev but i want to stick with AC.

What are you guys seeing for a price on a Boss High rise seat for a Crossfire?

Also, how long does it take to get one once you order it?
