A little help would be great. I want to ride a long weekend in Quebec. I have been many times Le Cabanon, Le Glacier, etc. But not since I got married 10 years ago (I know..... don't even go there ! :no_bashing: ) My wife, not a big sledder wants to go but only if the place has a "nice spa" so the girls can hang out while my buddy and myself go riding. I am willing to compromise to get what I want. What is a good place for both? She is buying so $$$$$ doesn't matter. The closer to Montreal the better. Thanks

I have a Spa shopping mall, low traffic, PuB 57 with sizzling steak, you can have dinner in a 57 chevy to boot. Bernard 819 536 2664.

I've heard Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu is a nice place.

A nice place that I have stayed at several times and on the south side of the river, north west of Tetford mines- (Note: well east of montreal) is the Manoir Lac William.

The wives will enjoy the Spa and Hot tub: great food

Just my opinion from experience...closer you stay to Montreal may not be to best idea unless well insured or security is guaranteed. Might want to consider towns west like St Agathe Des Monts...St Donat...or St Jovite...I always liked St Jovite...its a cozy upscale town with many small shops..good dining...very secure to stay in. Also if considering going northeast of Montreal...nothing wrong with places like motel safari...aurberge gouverneur.. or pourvoirie du lac blanc... if the wife has really deep pockets...I strongly recommend lac A leau claire in St Alexis Des Monts.
