I guess no one is riding yet?

I was hoping the snow would come today, but the weather got to warm, and instead we got rain!



Artic star is reciving containers with new snowmobiles this weekend ( including my new X-fire ), hoping to go riding within the next 2 - 3 weeks..



Who will be the first to go riding ???

Today we got a little more snow - and yesterday I saw the first guy playing around on his snowmobile ..

I was considering moving back to denmark when I saw they had snow - Untill we had even more this weekend.

My colleague who bougth my old zr 800 last spring rode it to work today! ( after sitting for 5 months it startet on 2nd pull )

And all over town theres snowmobiles !!!

I talked to my dealer today, the are unloading the containers from the ship right now, so in 2 - 3 days I'll get to ride myself again..


Sure missed the sound and smell ..

Got 4 inches of snow today !

It will be gone again in a few days - But it won't be long before we start riding

PS. orderd a new 2332cc engine for the car from G.Serrano In California - And a week later the business closes down, keeping my 6.000$ downpayment!
Hoping to some of the money back from my CC company, but have waited for 3 weeks now, and they still can't promise me my money back.. Need that engine so next summer won't feel so long

Just curious what do you do for work in Greenland?

Is their much industry?

I manage a furniture shop - And yes theres plenty of work / industri up here.

And lot's of snow, we already have as much snow as last year when we had the most.. and the season is just beginning :-)

is there a shortage of h.v.a.c guys up there? and how is living expenses? lol

whats the riding like there

Last i checked it was great - But I've been stuck the last 2 weeks without a sled.. It has been welded today, after the chassis had a coolant leak where the handlebar sits... Guess my 6" riser is a bit to hard on the chassis ?

Since christmas it's been really cold, and no snow - but today we had about 15 inches of fresh snow :-)

Some of the open sea that used to freeze up, has been open water for the past 6 years ( global warming they say )
But this year it's all frozen again! So don't worry about those Bigblock V8 anymore ;-)

Looks great up there...Lots of work up north...from where u are...if u like long winters...Nunavut, set up shop there....refrigeration ticket & oil ticket...sign ur own pay check...lol (Been there & in the trade
