The ski saddles on my 99 XC500 are ovaled out around the holes where the ski would bolt on. Does anyone make a replacement saddle, or can I have these holes welded up and redrilled?

You can replace the saddles- I believe the only machine that had a part number for them was the xc 440's. I however have fixed a few by just welding up the holes, drilling new ones and pressing the inserts back in. Good as new.

I made oversize inserts,need a lathe to do it tho.Mine where on cnc came out sweet.
