i was ripped off $322 for www.snowmobiletrinkets.com i oredered the coat over labor day weekend said it was mailed out then they tell me about a month ago that the coat is not in yet i have filed with the better bussiness buera as they are trying to get my money back they will not return phone calls or nothing buyers beware of this place i dont like to do this but $322 is alot of money to not think about

If you paid by credit card file a complaint with them.

I have had a similiar bad experience with this outfit as well. The used to do business as "snowgirlsportwear" on EBAY until they had too many negatives and became "no longer a registered user".

I won an EBAY auction from them and paid for a shirt and sign. The goods never arrived. To cut a long story short I ended up filing a complaint with Paypal (no help) then with my credit card company for satisfaction. They did not react until the paypal complaint and then sent me TWO of each item but the shirt was the wrong size. I returned the extra sign and both wrong sized shirts and finally got a refund from my Credit Card.

My advice is not to do business with them but if you do - make sure you use a credit card. I do not think they are criminal but they are definately disorganized and do not have a grip on business basics like tracking who's paid them, who they have shipped to etc. So they are OK to deal with until something goes wrong then they act like you are the unreasonable one for asking for the goods for which you have paid for.
